At Sea - COAST GUARD HIGH ENDURANCE CUTTER (WHEC) 76MM WEAPON SYSTEM AT SEA (May 8, 2004)--An MK15, 20mm Close-In Weapons System (CIWS) onboard a U.S. Coast Guard High Endurance Cutter, is ready to take aim against air targets, on May 8, 2004.
