Local Georgians gather to welcome the crew of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dallas. Dallas arrived with more than 76,000 pounds of humanitarian assistance supplies to be given to the people of Georgia. The supplies are in response to the request of the government of the Republic of Georgia. Dallas is part of Combined Task Force 367, the maritime element of the U.S. humanitarian assistance mission to Georgia.
