Cutter History:

A wooden-hulled harbor cutter, Tioga was used as a patrol and anchorage vessel in Baltimore, MD from 1917 to 1922. The cutter was then transferred to Norfolk, VA in 1923. After the vessel was sold it was renamed Absley.
