HISTORICAL INFORMATION:

There is a private lighthouse built on the Fox River by industrialist George Fabyan that is referred to as Fox River Light in some media. The light was built on his estate around 1905 and is located in Illinois. The nearest “official” lighthouse to Fox River seems to be the Long Tail Point Lights which were built to help guide mariners into Fox River.
