Marguerite, 1910


A plant native to the Canary Islands, Chrysanthemum frutescens, with white or pale-yellow flowers similar to those of the common American daisy.


History:

The Marguerite was 35-foot, steel-hulled steam launch that saw service as a buoy boat in the 15th Lighthouse District from 1910 to 1923.
