BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill - GULF OF MEXICO - The Coast Guard Cutter Decisive passes in front of the DDIII while patrolling the area near the BP wellhead. The drilling rig is one of two that are continuing operations drilling the relieve well into the sea floor preparing for the static kill procedure.
