USRC Seminole's Silver Service in Wardroom
A photo of the wardroom of U.S. Revenue Cutter Seminole and on display is a new silver set given to the cutter by Lloyds of London ("Salvage Association) for the cutter's efforts to save the steamer Berkshire on October 21-26, 1912. Captain S. L. Carden, commanding. He noted in a hand-written caption that the individual on the left was his "Cabin Boy Puck" who was "a fine lad." Photo dated January 20, 1913.
