TREASURY DEPARTMENT Washington, 11 October, 1923 The following forms of procedure for courts and boards, based upon law and regulations, are approved and published for the information and guidance of the Coast Guard. This publication supersedes "Forms of Procedure for Courts and Boards in the United States Coast Guard, 1916," and the regulations applying exclusively to Coast Guard courts and boards in the present Coast Guard Regulations. It is hereby required and directed that all officers and other persons belonging to the Coast Guard, so far as the duties of each are concerned, make themselves acquainted with, observe, and comply with the provisions contained herein.
