Transcript of report written by the Commanding Officer of USCGC UNALGA entitled "Report of operations of this vessel during Influenza epidemic" to the "Commodore Commandant" of the U.S. Coast Guard. Report is dated June 30, 1919. Provided to the CG Historian's Office by Gary Thomas, Executive Director, FCGH; CAPT Lance Benton, USCG (Ret.) via ADM Thad Allen, USCG (Ret.).
